I am a documentary/storytelling photographer. I capture moments as they unfold. I will prompt you if needed but we have fun, laugh, play and I capture you the way you are. The way a mom brushes the hair off her daughters' face.. Siblings running off together laughing until their cheeks hurt... The way the wind is blowing through your hair. THIS is what I want to capture for you!

In-home storytelling session within 2 weeks after baby is born. About 1-2 hours. Baby in basket/prop, swaddled and lifestyle session with the fam capturing all the little details. I will be a fly on the wall capturing all the moments.

FAQ
How long will it take to receive our images?
A. You will receive your edited gallery within 2 weeks from your session date. I am a mom of 4 young kids so life sometimes gets in the way and this is subject to change. I will keep all clients updated on the status of their gallery.
How should we dress for our session?
A. With my photography style I always say it is best to stick with neutrals (beige, cream, gray, tan, etc,). Avoid bright neon colors. No crazy patterns or logos. I provide a styling guide for every session to help coordinate colors and style your session. I highly recommend following them and I am always available to help!
How do I schedule a newborn session?
A. I recommend reaching out to me during the end of your first trimester. This way I can get you on my books around your due date. I require a $50 non-refundable deposit to save your date. Once you have your baby you will contact me within 2 days of birth to let me know baby has been born. We will then set a specific date and time (must be within 2 weeks of baby's birth).
Where are you located and do you travel?
A. I am located in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. I do travel to you. At the moment I travel within the Metro Detroit area. If you are not located in Metro Detroit, reach out and we will chat! Some travel fees may apply and would be discussed when you inquire!
Do you have locations that you can recommend?
A. Of course! Once you book, I send out a client questionnaire to all of my clients. In there I ask what your vision is for your session and what type of location you would like. After I receive the completed questionnaire, I will send you a list of locations to choose from.
